Could you tell us a little about your bakery?

Ms. Kim : DOASIS is a bakery café that was transformed from an old bathhouse. We serve a wide variety of coffee and desserts, and we even brought real palm trees from Jeju Island to enhance the atmosphere. Since our opening, we have been committed to creating a warm and welcoming space for every customer who visits us.

Ms. Kim : By reducing repetitive tasks, the system has boosted efficiency. Since checkout is faster, our team has more time to interact with customers, leading to an overall improvement in service quality.

Did you face any challenges during the implementation process?

Ms. Kim : Honestly, there were no difficulties at all! The system was incredibly easy to integrate, and its recognition performance has been excellent. The well-designed interface allows for quick transactions, and our employees adapted to it very quickly. Even during our grand opening, when things were hectic, the system helped us run operations smoothly.

Do you have any interesting stories about using the AI system?

Ms. Kim : Ever since we introduced the AI bread recognition system, we’ve had fun interactions with kids. When children visit, we tell them, “Let’s scan the bread with AI!” They love it!

During checkout, they often grab extra bread just to watch the AI in action. Their parents join in too, making the experience even more enjoyable. It’s been a delightful way to engage with our customers.
